中国顶级营养学家访新西兰：奶源问题是中国无法赶超的

天维网 3月3日报道 中国质检总局、中国营养学会、可口可乐公司（大中华地区）以及各大专院校顶级营养学家与2月26日至3月2日对新西兰进行了访问，并同新西兰专家就新西兰乳制品生产，特别是乳清蛋白制品的研制和开发进行了广泛的讨论。

与一般的访问团不同，该访问团是记者所见过最繁忙也是最务实的学术专家交流团，每个团员都带着一大堆的问题，负责接待的MASSEY大学RIDDET学院和世界最大乳制品出口商新西兰恒天然集团的科学家们都称这是最“好学”和“好问”的访问团。

专家们就功能性乳制品的成分及对健康的影响，功能性乳制品开发面临的新机遇和新挑战，功能性乳制品的生产技术与创新，乳制品对代谢和免疫系统的影响以及乳制品的监管问题等进行了探讨和交流。在众多功能性乳制品中，乳清蛋白因其具有较高营养价值，易被人体消化吸收，以及含有多种对人体有益的活性成分等特点，成为本次专家访问新西兰的重中之重。

中国营养学会理事长葛可佑和中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所食物营养评价研究室主任杨月欣在接受新华社记者采访时均表示，随着中国经济不断发展，中国人越来越重视健康与营养，乳制品安全与科技发展等也在中国占据越来越重要的地位。然而，中国的乳制品种类和人均消费量与西方发达国家相比存在较大差距。如何增加乳制品品种和提高乳制品质量，更好地满足国内消费者的需求，是中国政府和专家都十分关心的课题。

葛可佑和杨月欣表示，到乳制品研究和生产发达国家新西兰访问正是希望与国际同行在上述领域进行交流，学习发达国家在乳制品生产、产品改进和安全监督等方面的先进经验，了解他们在乳制品行业、特别是乳清蛋白研发和生产方面所取得的最新进展。这对进一步提高中国人的身体素质、合理调整其营养结构和科学膳食具有一定借鉴意义。

葛可佑在参观了新西兰牧场、研究机构以及厂房之后感叹道，新西兰畜牧业环境太好了，这点是中国无法赶上的。他认为中国虽然在生产技术和设备上已经基本能够和发达国家达到一样的标准，但是奶源问题却是中国无法赶超新西兰的。

中新科学家进行深入交流

但是营养学家们同时也指出，对于乳清蛋白这种优质蛋白，以中国目前的生产能力以及中国人的购买能力，还是很难在短时间内得到推广的。还需要科研机构和市场开发机构等多方的努力。

专家们还对恒天然集团这种奶农入股制度产生浓厚兴趣，有专家表示，如果中国也能够让奶农成为奶粉工厂的一份子，那么就在一定程度上能够保证奶源的安全和健康，避免掺假等事件的发生，可以确保奶农和奶粉生产厂家成为一个命运共同体。
