1. 关于货品的真假

JayJay在这里保证，本店出售的所有产品都是新西兰原产和采购的。 JayJay 明白各位朋友经过国内一次又一次的食品危机，已经缺乏安全感了。 JayJay 就是希望能让大家吃到更好更安全的东西，所以才亲自选购，同时也把宝贝们带给大家。

2. 关于价格

小店的价格不是便宜的，可以说在众多的贩卖新西兰产品的店铺里是不便宜的。这不是 JayJay 的利润有多高，只是 JayJay 的产品都是在正规的超市购买，可以提供超市购买原件小票（ JayJay 留着小票也没用，生活多年没听说过在超市买东西凭小票可以退税的好事情）。如果 JayJay 只是为了追逐利润， JayJay 完全可以从淘宝的一些卖家购买新西兰奶粉转卖出来，这样， JayJay 的利润会更高，而且省事。因为 JayJay 的采购成本比这些卖家的售卖价格还要高（这个大家可以通过购买的原件小票看到奶粉的成本的）。 JayJay 无意去评论人家的东西的真假，只是 JayJay 的成本就在这里了，只有很少的利润。请喜欢议价的朋友口下留情哈。

3. 关于小票和报纸

购买本店任何产品都将提供超市购买的小票原件以及当地的英文报纸。同时， JayJay 也将会在产品的外包装的显眼位置用油性记号笔写上买家的ID简称的（产品要送人或者不希望做了记号的，请务必告诉 JayJay 啊）。小票和报纸有可能在海关检查的时候被处理掉，请各位谅解哈。

4. 关于快递

JayJay 所有东西都是通过航空快递邮寄的。每周的星期4发一次快递。快递公司承诺的到货时间是25天内。我们采用的快递公司是平安快递，地址是：http://www.nzefs.co.nz。发货后JayJay会把单号给大家，大家可以通过网上查询到货物的去向。如果希望快递加急的，可以和JayJay联系走EMS的快递。货物从新西兰坐飞机到国内须时3天左右，但是清关时间要根据实际情况了，请各位要耐心等候，如遇任何问题，请与JayJay联系。

5. 关于赠品

新店开业，每位来到小店的客人都是信任 JayJay 的朋友，为了表示谢意，每购买一箱奶粉，赠送一包旅行装的奶粉（这个奶粉购买是一大盒的，不能提供小票了），请在赠品中拍下哈。不拍下， JayJay 很难送出哦。赠品只是 JayJay 的小小心意，不接受任何中评和差评。

6. 关于评价

小店是 JayJay 用心经营的，请不要随意给予中评或差评。由于运输的路途遥远，产品的外包装可能出现变形的情况,如：奶粉罐瘪罐，纸盒变形等，在不影响产品质量的情况下， JayJay 是不支持退换的。玻璃包装产品，快递过程 JayJay 都会购买保险的。有任何问题请和 JayJay 联系协商。对于出于某些理由有意刁难提出各种不合理的理由，妄想通过给予差评要求 JayJay 免费赠送的朋友，请绕道哦。
